You have a problem with your Canon Ip Pixma 1880, Your Canon 1880 stop and can’t print something. Is that the light on the canon, blinking ?
And shown something like this message ” Waste ink Absorber full”, well if that’s the problem! i think i can help you!
First i will tell you what is that meant? That means your waste ink absorber needs to change to the new one. But it needs some money to change it.
Well if you still wanna printing something, without spend your money. I know how to reset the waste ink absorber counter, how!?
There is two way, First using manual way without software and second use software. i didn’t recommended this way, because i thinks you should change the waste ink absorber to the new one from the canon vendor.
Well if you still wanna do this, here’s the trick:

1. Using Manual way, Without using Canon IP 1880 Service tools/ Resetter software

- (1) Press and hold the RESUME button, (for about 1-2 Minutes)
- (2) Open The Printer Cover
- (3) Remove Cartridge and then plug it again like before
- (4) Close The Printer Cover
- (5) Turn Off the Printer
- (6) Turn On Again

Well actually these manual not really effective, maybe you can fail or the result didn’t make permanent reset ( which means sometimes the printer will be blinking again)
The Effective way, Easy Way, and off course Fast Way is using the service tools or we known it as resetter.

Well, lucky you! i got a great Canon ip pixma 1880 waste ink absorber (resetter). You can do so much things with these service tool, a powerfull and usefull software for canon 1880 black.
